Bro. Eric is a missionary to Taiwan. He has been working with the mission for 8 years and has spent about 3 full years living in Taiwan. He is a product of Bro. Lendell Birdsong's church in Blanchard, Oklahoma (Trinity Holiness Church).

 10-3-2007 I'm back in Taiwan now after about a 2 1/2 week visit to the USA. I have a very special prayer request. We have asked one of the native ministers to take the pastorship here. They are the only one qualified so far that I have found. Please pray if it is God's will that it will be done. If not, then we need some more workers. We are in desperate need of direction from God here on the field. Recently two of our missionaries have felt the Lord is leading them to move on. They have resigned all in good standing feeling directed of the Lord to go elsewhere. Pray for us here. As of November of this year, it will only be Sis. Jennifer Simpson and myself working here at the church. I have asked a native minister to be pastor if they feel the Lord would lead them to. But I have not received an answer yet. I am asking urgent prayer in these matters. I know God is able to direct us and lead us whatever His will is. Pray for us here in Taiwan. I will try to get out another newsletter soon. Does anyone feel the call to work in foreign missions? :)
