Greetings to you in Jesus' name!

I can remember when I was young we would get a missionary newsletter at our church. Often my sister and I would think it was so strange that it seemed everytime the letter was read, there was never any good news. Only tragedy and terrible things happening. I know that some places it seems like that seems to be the norm. But I feel like we should always give God glory, for no matter how bad things may seem, I know he is still working in ways that we cannot always see or understand.

I will say that God has truly blessed our work here in Taiwan and is still blessing us. We have had the priviledge over the past almost 3 years now that I have been back on the field of seeing many saved and several filled with the Holy Ghost and even some healings. But that does not mean that it will always be easy. But I want to thank God for what He has already done!

But this newsletter I would like to call you to pray for us here in Asian Trinity Holiness Missions. As missions director here it isn't easy sometimes of course to carry this kind of a burden. But when I see God's blessings and His power among these people that He gave me love for. I know it is worth it all! It is worth it all. It will be worth it all!!! Whatever we face, whatever we must leave behind! Recently I have seen several of our new converts getting weary as the devil has began to put them to the test to see, it seems, if they really want to live for God or not. Many of them are being pulled by the world or the old lifestyles that they left behind, or by family or friends to return to the "old ways". But I have prayed that God will not let their faith fail. I ask you as my holiness brethern and sisters, please if you read this newsletter, please pray for us here. We need it. We really need God's power here to break the yokes that the devil has tried to put on these people and not only break them, but to keep these yokes off of them. Some of you have met some of the ones that I have brought from here to campmeetings or to your churches. If you remember any of them pray for them. Some may remember Bro. Johnny from this past summer. Pray he will be filled with the Holy Ghost. He needs the infilling as well as many others in our church. Pray for all the missionaries that work in Asian Trinity Holiness Missions: they are, myself, Sis. Megan Wang, Sis. Jennifer Simpson, Sis. Gloria Wilson, and Sis Jennifer Dissmore. We all need strength from God.

I want to thank all of those who have recently been especially praying for us and the work here. Already I have begun to see God move. This morning as I preached I told them that I could not win them or solve their problems and needs with only intellect. They are a very intelligent people who need more than just intellect. I told them the only thing that wold help them to make it and keep them from sin and give them strength to live for God is a demonstration of the Holy Ghost. Paul said to the Corinthians he did not come to them with enticing words of man's wisdom but in demonstration and power of the Spirit. We need it today in our churches more than ever before. It's not just the letter of God's word, but also the Spirit of God that will quicken His Word in our hearts and make it alive and makes us live it!

Soon, in January my parents, Bro. Junior and Sis. Norman Hall will be coming to visit the mission work here and of course me! Pray for them that they will have the anointing of the Holy Ghost as they both come and minister here in our church. They have never visited another country before and this trip will be a long one for them. I would like to see God move in a miraculous way while they are here. They will be here from January 20-27th. Also before this will be Christmas, may God grant us an opportunity to reach another soul during this time of year. Keep us and this work and our church members in your prayers, I ask you sincerely, to please pray for these things. Also next week I will be starting language school again, studying more Mandarin classes as well as starting a new study of another dialect here on the Island, Taiwanese. May God grant me the brains to do it! I appreciate you all! Thanks so much for your offerings and for you prayers. We also are still looking for workers if anyone is interested please contact me via e-mail or addresses below.
