Greetings in Jesus' name! What a mighty God we serve!
Recent Events: Christmas service was wonderful with approximately 70 or more people attending our service! The building was crammed full of people!
We just had a revival with Bro. Tommy and Sis. Roberta Stephens. The Lord met us in a wonderful way during this 4 day revival. The Spirit of the Lord moved every night. There were several times the Holy Ghost spoke to the people through messages in tongues or prophecy. The power was so real and so strong. It was a time of instruction for the church during which for the first time we had a deacon ordination service. Three new deacons were ordained and placed in offic! e, Bro. Michael Gao, Bro. Ken Wang, and Bro. Johnny Chen. This has been a great step for the Trinity Holiness Church here to become an established work as an indigenous church! Teaching the people to be able to run their own church and keep it going on whether or not the missionaries are present! That is the goal of being a missionary!
Soon: We will, Lord willing, start Trinity Holiness Bible school. We have been putting together desks and painting and preparing the classroom for students who plan to attend. We have felt this burden for a long time and finally it looks like the Lord is going to bring it to pass! Pray for us as we begin this work.
Building: We still have not found a building yet, we do not know what we will do. We need one soon, but the expense to rent here or buy is EXTREME! Due to the fact that Taiwan is an island it makes the cost of things very high. Please pray for us that God will open a door for this great need. We not only need it for our church has outgrown the building we are in now, but also for the Bible School which we are opening.
Great news! We were visited during the revival by Bro. Kyle Mazac. He and his family have prayed about returning for some time now to the mission field to help in the work here. Recently they have felt the call of God to return as a family and help in the work! They are in the process of selling their home in Montana and plan to return as soon as everything is finished. They have 5 children, and will need much prayer as the Lord opens each and every door for them to return. So far everything has perfectly fallen into place! I want to thank the Lord for dealing with their hearts to return to help the progress of Asian Trinity Holiness Missions!
Non-profit Tax exemption:
We will soon have our non-profit tax exemption set up in the USA with a mission board. We are in the process of doing the paper work now. The Lord has helped us to get this progress started and soon you will be able to donate offerings either to the mission itself or to help support the missionaries and will be able to receive a tax exemption receipt for your donation!
Change of Address: Because I no longer teach at the Bible school that I originally taught at here to help support myself, my mailing address for here will be different. I felt the Lord dealt with me to not teach there any more that He would provide for me as I devote my time wholly to the mission work and the church and the new Holiness Bible school here. Note my new mailing address below. Thanks for all your prayers, and financial support to keep this burden and this ministry going forward to reach and teach the Chinese people about Jesus and the holiness of our loving God!
