Just wanted to thank everybody for your prayers and let you know all three children are back home safe and sound. They didn't hurt any of them in anyway.

They called this morning wanting to begin negotiations, I said we would have to talk to the kids first, they said ok and called me back an hour and half later. I talked to all three children, then the guy came back on the phone and said you know that I want money. I said ok lets talk, he said no he would call me back in 30 minutes. About 10 minutes later the Haitian police called and said "don't pay any ransom we are about to locate your children," then 5 minutes later they called and said they had been rescued and the bandits arrested.

God is still in the prayer answering business. This is truly a miracle.

Update Sat, 29 Oct 2005 05:06:33 - Needless to say last night was a sleepless night. We received 4 unknown phones call from 9 - 11 last night. All there was was silence on their end. The US government is sending a team in at 11:00 today that specializes in hostage negotations. Pray the people will contact us so we can start working on getting the kids back. We don't know how much more our minds and bodies can take. This is the worse thing I believe can happen to somebody. "Your children in the hands of criminals". We are praying this is resolved today because I don't know if we could make it through another night.
